What we collect
When you choose to join, we save your email address, the date of your signup and the version of the consent and adult-contact declaration you accepted. This email list is for adults using their own address, including parents and guardians following the project for younger players. Children can view this site without signing up; please ask a parent to join with their own email. We do not ask for a child's email, name, age or Roblox username. This is separate from the game's content rating. The checkbox is a self-declaration, not identity verification.
Why we use it
With your consent, we'll use your email to send 404 TOWN reveals, development news, launch updates and announcements about future tests. Joining does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date. We don't sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is kept
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores waitlist entries for us. Access to the database is restricted to the project's authorised administrators. Cloudflare also processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the site. Our application uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit spam; it does not save your IP address with your waitlist entry.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party fonts. The three muted preview films are served from our own website. They play in sequence; you can pause them at any time. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences disable automatic playback where supported.
Leave the list or request your data
Email info@orbitwise.io from the address you registered with and ask to leave the 404 TOWN waitlist. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your entry. Leaving won't affect any game access you already have.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry for this waitlist until you withdraw or for up to 24 months from signup, whichever is sooner. Expired entries are excluded from campaign exports and removed during database maintenance. Short-lived spam-limiting records expire after an hour and are cleared during routine submissions.
